Copenhagen Living

Formålet med PreCo projektet er at støtte offentlige myndigheder i deres arbejde med præ-kommercielle indkøbsprocesser, for derigennem at stimulere innovation og bruger-involvering. Projektet fokuserer på aktuelle emner som eSundhed og eEnergi

Der er i forbindelse med projektet blevet oprettet et tematisk netværk, som skal stå for skabelsen af modeller, frameworks og politiske anbefalinger, som kan bruges på tværs af alle de europæiske lande.

Netværkets opgaver er at identificere barriere for den offentlige sektors prækommerciel indkøb og derved bidrage til Lissabon strategien for udvikling og globalisering.

Netværket vil samle interessenter fra forskellige dele af den offentlige sektors udviklingsprocesser – herunder byer, innovations bureauer, universitetet og Living Labs. Netværkets bestræbelse er at benchmarke forskellige praktiser og politikker, for derigennem i fællesskab at udvikle retningslinjer for participative præ-kommercielle aktiviteter.    

I PreCo projektet samarbejder vi med Culminatum Ltd, Finland; Alfamicro, Portugal; Agentura pro evropske projekty & management, Tjekkiet; Fundacion Comunidad Valenciana, Spain; Sønderborg Participatory Innovation Research Centre, Danmark; Kraj Vysocina, Tjekkiet; Helsinki School of Economics, Finland; Amsterdamse Innovatie Motor, Holland; Unione Regionale delle Camere Di Commercio, Italien.

PreCo projektet er del af EU's syvende rammeprogram.

The overall objective in the PreCo project is to support public authorities in undertaking pre-commercial procurement actions which stimulate innovation and citizen participations. The project focuses on timely topics of eHealth and eEnergy.

For this purpose, there has been established a thematic network for the development and adaptation of European wide models, frameworks and policy recommendations in the selected domain areas.

The objective of this thematic network is to address identified barriers in public sector pre-commercial procurement, and contribute to Lisbon strategy for growth and globalization.

The network will bring together stakeholders from the various parts of public sector development process: Cities, innovation agencies, Living Labs and universities. Within this networking effort the partners will benchmark best practices and policies, and jointly develop guidelines for participative pre-commercial activities.
